Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Regular digital paintings: 3-5 business days for production and packaging
Custom digital paintings: 5-10 business days for production and packaging,
*Please note that our order processing hours are Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 EST (excluding major holidays such as Christmas and New Year). If you place an order after 18:00 on Friday, your order will be postponed to the Monday after the holiday. If you place an order during a holiday, your order will be postponed until the holiday is over.
2. Address Change
If you would like to change the shipping address of your order, please contact us by email within 24 hours of placing the order with your new shipping address.
Please check your address before completing your order. We cannot change the shipping address after the order has been shipped.
We are not responsible if the address you provide is incorrect. We will ship your order to the address you provide at checkout. We will not return orders to the wrong address, if returned, we can re-ship your order to the correct address (you need to pay for shipping), or we can refund your original shipping costs.
3. Shipping Methods
For orders over $59, we offer free shipping. For orders under $59, there is a one-time shipping fee of $6.95.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We ship worldwide. | (Except: Cuba, Iran, Ukraine, North Korea, Sudan, Syria)
Standard shipping time
Europe: 5 - 10 working days
USA and Canada: 7 - 15 working days
Oceania: 7 - 21 working days
Latin America: 10-25 working days
Other countries: 14 - 30 working days
5.Customs taxes and fees
Depends on each country's policy and should be paid by the buyer.
You can leave us a message to let us know the value you want us to declare when ordering.
Usually we will write the product as a sample and reduce the value to help you avoid customs duties as much as possible.
You will receive the painting according to the number specified in the order.
6. The package is damaged, lost or missing in transit
If the product is damaged: Any anomaly (damage, breakage) related to the delivered product must be reported by email (wawddsaz@gmail.com) within 3 days of receiving the product. Please indicate the order number in the email and attach a photo of the damage. If the item (or part of it) is missing or you received the wrong item, please contact us by email: wawddsaz@gmail.com.
