1. Where is my order?
After placing an order, you will soon receive an email with information about tracking your package.
The products you order will be shipped directly from our factory in China. It usually takes 2-3 weeks for delivery after shipment. External factors such as delays, strikes, customs inspections, etc. may affect the delivery time.
Our logistics team will ensure the routing of all packages every day until the final delivery. If you have recently ordered products from us, please wait for the carrier information to be automatically updated.

2. Why did I receive two different tracking numbers?
Depending on the products ordered, an order may be delivered in multiple packages.
For example, if you order a normal product (one included in the store) and order a personalized product at the same time, you will receive two different packages and therefore two tracking numbers. The same is true for large-size packages, which must be sent separately to avoid bending.
It is normal for you to receive packages on different dates. This depends on the carrier. Each package can be tracked on our order tracking page.
3. Why did I only receive part of my order?
If the order contains multiple products shipped from different locations, you will receive multiple packages.
It is normal that you receive the packages on different dates. It depends on the carrier.
The remaining parts are still on the way and you will receive them soon.
You can track each package by tracking the order.
4. Which shipping company does Vickie'art use?
We prefer fast carriers so that we can deliver as quickly as possible.
Personalized packages shipped from our workshop are shipped by airlines and local carriers.
5. Why is my tracking information not updated?
Don't panic, this is normal!
If you have placed an order recently, it takes a while for the carrier information to be updated.
Information for products shipped from our warehouse is updated quickly.
For personalized products shipped by air from our workshop, it is normal that there is no update during the inter-country transportation process. Once the package arrives at the destination, it must wait for the carrier. Once the product is scanned, the information is updated.
Our logistics team is responsible for shipping all packages every day until it is delivered to your home.
6. Will I be charged customs fees?
No, the price shown is the price you pay - you don't have to pay anything extra.
7. What are the dimensions of the product?
The uniform size of our products is 40x50 cm. If you want to order a larger size, please contact us by email(wawddsaz@gmail.com)
8. Can I customize my digital painting?
Yes! Vickie'art offers the possibility to order a personalized package with your own photos and wishes!
Family photos, holiday memories, your pets and much more: everything is possible.
Send us high-resolution photos. Only in this way can we provide you with the best service.
9. How long does it take to complete a kit?
The completion time depends on the size and complexity of the design and the individual's pace. Some can be completed in a few hours, while others may require several sessions. Remember, this is not a competition! Enjoy the process.
10. Does the digital painting have a frame?
It depends on your own choice. There are 2 options:
1) Without wooden frame. You will receive a package without a frame.
2) With wooden frame. You will receive a kit with an easy-to-assemble frame. You can watch our 5-minute assembly video to help you assemble the frame.
11. Are the colors and materials safe?
Yes, safety is our top priority. The paints used in our kits are water-based, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly. Please be sure to use the kit as directed and keep it out of the reach of children.
12. To which address should I return the product?
Please be sure to contact customer service first. They will provide you with the most appropriate return address.
Unless it is Vickie'art's fault, the shipping cost of the return is borne by the customer
